The bar is located at 1200 N. Central St. in Knoxville, Tennessee, in the space formerly occupied by Raven Records and Rarities.

While you might expect a floral shop to focus solely on botanical drinks, our cocktail program focuses heavily on classic cocktails. We also offer a selection of mocktails and "bestie basics" for those looking for non alcoholic options or familiar favorites.

Absolutely. The beauty of the Stem to Stem concept is the ability to enjoy a craft cocktail while surrounded by fresh blooms. It is the perfect place to grab a drink, pick up a bouquet, or enjoy a unique night out.

Stem to Stem is owned by Brooke Martin, who has a background in both the floral industry (her grandparents opened a flower shop five decades ago) and the service industry, having spent eight years bartending at Stock & Barrel in Market Square.

The owner, Brooke Martin, wanted to bridge the gap between her two passions: flowers and bartending. She wanted to create a space for the community to gather, celebrate life's moments, and find comfort, combining the beauty of a flower shop with the welcoming atmosphere of a local bar.

Yes. In addition to our regular bar service, Stem to Stem is Knoxville's first "Flower Bar." We can accommodate private events, weddings, and gatherings where guests can enjoy drinks and interact with our floral offerings.

Yes. We want everyone to feel welcome at Stem to Stem. Our menu includes thoughtfully crafted mocktails so that guests who prefer not to drink alcohol can still enjoy a delicious beverage in our beautiful space.
