Stem to Stem was founded by Brooke’s grandmother, a passionate florist who believed flowers could speak volumes. Her dedication to craft and community laid the foundation for what the shop is today.

Today, Brooke continues that legacy with heart and vision—growing the shop her grandmother started into a vibrant, community-centered floral studio. As owner and curator, Brooke blends timeless floral tradition with modern design, keeping family at the heart of everything we do.

What kinds of flowers and arrangements do you offer?

We create handcrafted flowers for everyday moments, birthdays, thank-yous, celebrations, sympathy, funerals, and celebrations of life. We also provide personalized floral design for weddings and special events.

Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Knoxville?

Yes. Same-day delivery is available in the Knoxville area for orders placed before 1:00 PM. Orders received after the cutoff may be delivered on the next business day. Saturday delivery orders must be placed by 4:00 PM on Friday, and delivery is not available on Sundays.

How much does flower delivery cost?

A standard $15 delivery and service fee applies to deliveries within the Knoxville area.

Can I pick up my flower order?

Yes. Pickup is available from our shop at 1200 N Central Street in Knoxville. Select pickup when ordering, or contact us if you need help coordinating your order.

Who is the owner of Stem to Stem?

Stem to Stem is owned by Brooke Martin, who has a background in both the floral industry (her grandparents opened a flower shop five decades ago) and the service industry, having spent eight years bartending at Stock & Barrel in Market Square.

Can I request specific flowers or colors?

Absolutely. Tell us about your preferred flowers, colors, or overall feeling, and our designers will do their best to accommodate your request. Because some flowers and colors are seasonal, substitutions may occasionally be necessary. When that happens, we will choose thoughtful alternatives that best fit your needs.

Do you create custom floral arrangements?

Yes. We are happy to help with specific requests, meaningful designs, and larger custom orders. For extensive customization, please call us during flower-shop hours at (865) 242-2734 to speak directly with a designer.

Do you provide flowers for funerals and celebrations of life?

Yes. We design thoughtful sympathy and memorial flowers, including arrangements, urn altar pieces, standing sprays, and casket sprays. If you need guidance choosing an appropriate tribute, please contact us and we will be glad to help.

Do you design flowers for weddings and other events?

Yes. Our wedding services include bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, ceremony flowers, arches, aisle decor, centerpieces, table florals, delivery, and on-site setup. We also create custom floral designs for showers, corporate events, product launches, holiday parties, milestone celebrations, fundraisers, and galas.
